The payment page is protected by 128 bit encryption technology to ensure safe secure data transfer. This provides the highest level of security for online transactions. Your web browser must be configured to support 128 bit encryption in order to process the transaction. Please review the procedure for implementing this in the browser help. Many times, upgrading to the latest browser will accomplish it without requiring any configuration changes. Below is how to check in Internet Explorer for the level of encryption supported.
In Internet Explorer select About Internet Explorer from the Help Menu. There you will see a value next to Cipher Strength. If this is not set to 128 bit you will need to upgrade. There should be a link next to this with the text “upgrade information”. Follow the steps to upgrade to 128 bit encryption support. This should correct the problem.
